Out and About
You choose! Highland Perthshire is rightly world famous for things to do and places to see at all times of the year. Having been visiting the area for more years than they care to remember, Adrian and Sheila know that there’s never enough time to see it all in Perthshire!
From historic sites to distinctly 21st century visitor attractions and sporting opportunities there are activities for all the family. Golfers will relax on friendly local ‘nine holers’ or take up the challenge of the area’s championship courses. It’s a fisherman’s dream too with world class salmon fishing on the River Tay or brown trout in the hill lochs. Other sports available include rafting canoeing, clay pigeon shooting, off-roading, or simply a quiet stroll or bike ride.
With the historic town of Dunkeld and the A9 about 4 miles away, this is the ideal base for touring Scotland although with Scone Palace, Pitlochry, Blair Castle and Perth all within easy reach it won't be necessary to go far!
